Petromax first began operations as a Division of Truefoam Limited in February 1992. The Petromax business was incorporated as Petromax Limited in 1996. While Petromax was started as a means of marketing and distributing a line of locally built fuel storage tanks, Petromax also carried related components required in the basic construction of a typical gas station or fuel storage facility.
Petromax’s initial coverage included Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. More recently, the business has reached into Newfoundland & Labrador regularly.
Since 1992, Petromax has become one of the key Atlantic Canadian suppliers to the industries we cater to, with a reputation built on the quality product lines we represent and the professional people who deliver these products in the manner demanded by today’s marketplace.
